SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your use of text messaging services provided through our platform on behalf of participating mobile RV repair businesses ("Service Providers"). By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these SMS Terms.
The SMS messaging service is operated by Inertia Solutions ("we," "us," "our") on behalf of Service Providers who use our platform to manage their mobile RV repair businesses.
By providing your mobile phone number during a service request, intake form, or other interaction with a Service Provider using our platform, and by selecting the option to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive text messages from or on behalf of that Service Provider at the phone number you provided.
Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may choose not to provide your phone number or may decline text message communications during the intake process without affecting your ability to receive service.
Messages you may receive include:
Service request confirmations and status updates. Links to intake forms, estimates, and your customer portal. Appointment scheduling confirmations and reminders. Parts arrival and job progress notifications. Technician arrival and en-route alerts. Links to invoices and payment receipts. Responses to your inquiries or requests for information.
We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages. All messages are transactional and directly related to a service you have requested or are actively receiving.
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You will typically receive between 1 and 10 messages per service request. You will not receive messages outside of an active service relationship unless you initiate contact.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge any additional fees for sending or receiving text messages. Contact your mobile carrier if you have questions about your plan's messaging costs.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.
You may also update your communication preferences by logging into your customer portal or by contacting your Service Provider directly.
Opting out of text messages does not cancel any scheduled service or affect your ability to receive service. You will continue to receive communications via email unless you separately opt out of email communications.
For help with text messaging, reply HELP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a response with the Service Provider's contact phone number and a link to your customer portal.

Text messaging is supported on most major US mobile carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your phone number and messaging data are used solely to deliver the messages described in these SMS Terms and to maintain your customer account. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your phone number is stored securely within our platform and within the Service Provider's accounting system for the purpose of managing your service relationship. For full details on how we handle your personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.
You represent that the phone number you provide is your own and that you are authorized to receive text messages at that number. If you change your phone number, it is your responsibility to update your contact information through your customer portal or by notifying your Service Provider.
We make reasonable efforts to deliver text messages promptly but do not guarantee delivery. Messages may be delayed or fail to deliver due to carrier issues, network congestion, device settings, or other factors outside our control.
Text messages should not be relied upon as the sole means of communication for time-sensitive or emergency matters. If you have an urgent need, contact your Service Provider by phone.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by text message or through your customer portal. Continued use of text messaging services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
