Mobile RV repair

The estimate that writes itself

Kennewick, WA · live at rvdesk.co

The RVDesk dashboard a tech opens every morning: new leads with the rig, the problem, and an AI-drafted estimate ready to open — plus one-tap intake links, invoices, scheduling, parts and customer visits.

What was in the way

Paul runs a one-man mobile RV repair business. He's excellent at the work. The work stopped at five; the estimates started at nine.

Every job meant writing up parts and labor from memory, then retyping the whole thing into QuickBooks. The prices lived in his head, which meant he was the only person who could do it. Forever.

What we built

He types the job the way he'd describe it to another tech — "roof A/C not cooling, 15k Coleman, Class A." About fifteen seconds later there's a priced estimate on screen.

The customer signs it on the rig. The signed PDF goes into QuickBooks by itself. Payment posts against it. No double entry, anywhere.

Why it works

The prices come from his invoices — twenty-four months of his own QuickBooks history — not an industry average. It quotes like he quotes, because it learned from him.

When there isn't enough history behind a job type, it says so instead of guessing.

What it doesn't do

It doesn't replace QuickBooks, do his books, or pretend to run a fifteen-bay dealership. It does one trade, properly.

My best month ever was because RVDesk allowed me to do more jobs and be done when I park the work truck in the driveway in the evening.
